There will be a poster session during POF 2012. Authors are encouraged to follow these guidelines:

-    The posters will be exhibited in the conference auditorium or in the hallway
     nearby

-    At least one of the authors should be registered for the conference and pay
     the corresponding fees

-    Maximum poster board size: 30 inches (76 cm) x 40 inches (100 cm) [width x height)

-    The POF 2012 Organizing Committee will provide the white foam poster board and other materials needed for setting up your poster display

-    Authors will be required to be present during their poster session to provide
     additional information to the visitors

-    The posters should be set up during the break before the poster session
